For those who think 'Well, it is just another province', consider this, if China (yes i deem it inevitable) invades Taiwan, and succeeds, who will be next? China is poised to take over its neighbors, and how long before your country is the 'neighbor' of the ever expending dictatorship of China? Is there a lot of investment of China money in your country? How long before China (after rolling over Taiwan) will pull a 'Putin' stoke some unrest, and claim to 'just be helping' and invade your country?
How long before they then make sure any freedom will be even more limited than is now the case in China?
Yeah it will gobble itself up, when the 'Great Leader' dies, the country will splinter into a power struggle between all the cronies that are now busy brown nosing the 'great leader' :-(
But how far will this tear down the world, when we need to be united to fight climate change? Putin and his buddies, just as China and its occupied areas are causing strife where unity is needed.
