I'm moved by the photos and videos from #Brighton #Trans #Pride yesterday. Huge turnout for the march, so important in these times of rising hatred.

When I lived i Brighton, I attended Trans Pride almost every year. The first time I went it was still fairly small, around 1000 people on a short march. It was both a powerful and an educational experience. Partly because it's a proper #protest, not just a celebration. But also because it was my first time attending pride as a friend, supporter and ally, rather than as a celebrant.
