March 22 is the 81st day of the year. Puerto Rico celebrates Emancipation Day (Día de la Abolición de Esclavitud), an official holiday on this day. It is also "As Young As You Feel Day", "Coq Au Vin Day," "International Talk Like William Shatner Day," National Bavarian Crepes Day, and National Goof Off Day.

The only sure things in life are death and taxes, so it is said. It's (income) tax report season in the US. I'm slogging through the forms.

How are you all handling your income taxes these days?
Do you have any others like state, local, business taxes? Some places have sales taxes; property taxes are common too.
(There seems to be resistance to wealth taxes, as that puts pressure on the jet-, yacht-, and mansion-owners.)
