It’s International Workers Day so let's talk work. I’ve always considered work as what I did to fund things I enjoy. I really don't get this thing about being passionate about your job, there are a lot of necessary jobs, cleaning bathrooms for example, that very few can feel passionate about. The only thing would be whether the company went against my ethics which are centered on treating all people like people and having consistent work rules across countries for multinationals.

Did you or would you advise people entering the workforce to choose something they're passionate about?
