National Stephanie Day !?!

It is also National Cocktail Day and Holika Dahan
a Hindu festival in which a bonfire is lit to celebrate the burning of the demoness, Holika. This is symbolic of victory of good over evil.

Noodles.

I was in the grocery store and looking at the noodles there. I use a variety of noodle types in cooking. Udon, ramen, soba, spaghetti, vermicelli. About the only kinds I don't use are rice noodles.
Do you have any favorite noodle types, or recipes?
(I've been in he mood for Armenian pilaf, which uses vermicelli in with the rice).
