Connecticut cop caught on camera slugging driver in the face in road rage incident

An off-duty Connecticut cop punched a man in the face because he honked at him, and the entire road rage incident was captured on video.

Allen Ganter, a 57-year-old member of the Meriden Police Department, was charged with third-degree assault for slugging Thomas Brocuglio on Dec. 8, 2023, in the south Hartford suburb of Rocky Hill, local Fox affiliate WTIC reported.
