When the Arabian #leopard has previously encountered humans and their #livestock, the result has mostly been fatal for the predator. The total adult population probably numbers fewer than 200 in the wild. The remnant populations are small, isolated, fragmented and under threat. So now, alongside rewilding, environmental organizations try to educate and engage with the communities who will share their land with the leopard.
