I have to laugh at how things went yesterday. Start with flying➡️ dogs➡️ flying ➡️ mining. Truly random.

Today let’s talk directions. I was giving someone directions to my home and they wrote them as a list. I’ve drawn maps for people only to have them say they can’t follow a map (and not just my map). If I write directions in a list I always second guess when I meant but when I see a map I get a clear idea of where I'm going (also easier to memorize in the days before Satnav). I always draw maps and try to stick to NSEW rather than right or left…although I’m amazed at how many people aren’t familiar with directions in their home location. Do you know what way your front door faces? Do you draw a map when someone asks for or gives directions?

I try to keep things light but this is your thread so … there’s always an element of randomness. Grab your beverage preference (pixel or not) and enjoy the space.
