Ninety years on the identity card, sixty of a unique career. The time has come to say "enough" to Ennio #Morricone, who will leave the music after a last tour, "The Final Concerts". Next summer the great composer will return to Italy after the concert last September 27 at the Auditorium Parco della Musica in Rome with live performances at the Arena di Verona (18 and 19 May) and at the Terme di Caracalla (15, 16, 21 and 22 June). More than 650,000 have attended the concerts of the tour since 2016 to see Morricone personally conducting an orchestra and a choir with more than two hundred people on stage. These concerts in Verona and Rome are the last occasion in which the Maestro will play his beloved music before enjoying a well-deserved retirement. Speaking of his recent birthday, Ennio Morricone said: "I feel privileged and excited to celebrate my 90th birthday so healthy."
