Dinner tonight : Iranian National dish Ghorme Sabzi, slow cooked for hours last night.
2kg beefsteak, one can of pre cooked vegetable mix. 2 cans of kidney beans and a few dried lime.
Filled r large containers to freeze. Each have enough stew for 4 meals
Pretty good use on my monthly red meat ration of 2kg (self set).
PS. I eat it with raw onions, like some people in Iran, but it's not very common.
