Hey, hey, it's Monday! And Cass is still hosting🙂

I was watching ‘How to Cook That' and the topic was Marmite and Vegemite. These spreads have only been on my radar as an unknown food option with very polarizing flavours. One tip was to spread thinly. So last time I was in the Cooks, I tried Vegemite at breakfast. To my surprise, I didn't hate it. At home I've got a small jar of Marmite. For me it's a great snack because the flavour is so intense I just stop eating after I finish. I can see using it for Umami in stews.

Have you eaten adventurously lately? Do tell…or express your disgust for non-alcoholic brewery leftovers.
