Welcome to #Checkin for Monday, September 20, 2021

Good morning/evening/afternoon everyone and welcome to today's #checkin! After a sunny and still relatively warm weekend, it was the first cold morning with 6°C only. Brr! Autumn is coming... Time to drink a hot chocolate or a puch. Today is National Punch Day. I didn't know that Punch originates in India.

the drink received this name because it was made with five ingredients: spirits—originally a fermented drink called arrack, lemons or limes, sugar, water, and tea or spices source
In Germany, you either have punch in summer with a couple of friends or you can get it on the Christmas markets in late November, but the punch you can buy there are too sweet for me.
