May I just leave this here as an example of how someone with authority should act. This wasn't merely charm or charisma. This was done with only a few minutes warning and no script. It makes me wonder how far we've progressed and gives me hope that change, however frustratingly slow, can happen. It starts as an idea which leads to action.
