Micron Technology has just made a 232-layer NAND storage device for solid state (flash) drives that can store 1 terabit per die and 2 terabytes per package. A 32% increase over the previous state-of-the-art of 176 layers. Density is 14.6 gigabytes per square millimeter, 35% more than the previous state-of-the-art. So it has the most 3D layers and the most density. Data read and write speed is 2.4 gigabytes per second, a 50% increase over the previous state-of-the-art.
