It's amazing how wonderful half a bottle of a 0.60 cent bottle of vinegar cleans up ab old water boiler.
Have been using this water cooker for about 5 years and don't remember when was the last time I cleaned it.
I realized it was taking longer than usual to boil a cup so decided to clean it up.
Put one cup of white vinegar in the 2L reservoir, brought it almost to boil and let it sit over night.
The results were fantastic. Clean like a brand new item and used the water to wash off some of my old clay balls to get rid of algae and bacteria.
All environmentally friendly, economical and smells good too.
