Pal_ActionUS seems to be blocked from getting new follows, but it's hidden from the user. So if i follow them it says "Following" but then when i reload the page i find out that i'm not following them. So there is a risk that people will click on "Follow" and think that they are actually following
Has anyone seen something like this before? Maybe the result of someone "hacking" the account and changing the settings to not accept new follows? Or is something else going on here?
