Fun fact: I’ve trained her to help with an #ADHD symptom. When it’s bedtime, she yells at me and leads me to the bedroom. Smart enough to not bother if I’ve got headphones on, but very persistent if I’m walking around but not towards bed.

How? Established a routine that she gets a few treats right before I climb into bed.

Her sleep assistance services also include snuggling until her breakfast time.
