Iranian government has sent military representatives to discuss with Azeri military about "cooperation" between the 2 nations!

I'm sure the discussions are much more than just cooperation between the w nations and a warning sign by #IRI regime that they want to stay impartial in the conflict between #Armenia and #Azerbaijan, but Iran is not going to allow Azerbaijan to evacuate Karabakh nor any other parts of Armenia.
