Dear Sun,

I am still nothing without you.
Just going around in circles,
waxing and waning because of you.
I am always going in and out of
different Zodiac signs.
I know what is ahead, and when I will
be Full and New, and without you.
I am Luna. It is no wonder lunatics
are named after me.
I hate it when you are blocked from me.
But what can I do? I wait in the dark.
The pattern keeps repeating itself.
The tides need me.
They go high. They go low.
I keep all of them on a schedule,
all over the Earth.
My timing is something that can be counted upon.
It is something of importance I can do.
