HPD is doing their thing: AGAIN
HPD cuffed a 10 year old girl and took her down to the station in front of her peers and teachers in response to a drawing she made of her bully because the bully's parents demanded it. This happened while the girl's mom was kept in a separate room and not allowed to see her daughter.
The ACLU says comments made by officers that day alluded to them taking her in because they didn't think she was taking it seriously enough. She wasn't charged with a crime.
