Trump's latest 'breathtaking' rally comment has experts sounding the alarm

FTA: Donald Trump just made the most "important" and "dangerous" statement of the election cycle, according to one democracy expert.

He basically said he wouldn't support NATO against Russia. He couched his comment in terms of various NATO countries "not paying their bills", but he's an inveterate liar and everyone in his audience (including Putin) knows he means I will not support NATO against Russia, period.

This is serious shit. It likely won't get the media coverage it deserves. (The media are too busy pointing out how old Biden is.) But the American people need to know about it.

Although the MAGAts (roughly 40% of us) love the idea of fascism, the rest of us would really rather avoid it. And some of us (not many, I'll admit) even understand why.
