Here's my problem with writing
I have not been taking it seriously 'as a job' for many years now. After much hard work in both fiction and non-fiction I came to the conclusion that I'd never be able to make a living at it. We back into writing poetry ... but not as a job... just when I felt like it...fuck the publishing industry and all that rot... and that was 20+ years ago.... I self published a dozen of so books of poetry and flash fiction and nonfiction etc. sold a few but never really thought it would be big bucks....anyway I'm sitting here this morning and considering how and whether I want to get serious about writing again. I'm pulled both ways.....
