Mohmand Hospital Kandahar

Another thing from Kandahar (a city I will probably never get to visit). The Mohmand Hospital, a private hospital inaugurated last year by Ghani, and probably only for the people who can pay. What a strange object! the style seems to be demented rococo. Nothing near as ugly as the Mekka Clock Tower of course, which seems to be the illicit child of a gangbang involving a major Stalinist Cityhall, a turn of the century art deco skyscraper and the hidden level in a steampunk obsessed game-developer's wet dreams. Fascinating in all its absurdity (and a very well equipped and professional hospitalæ too it seems).
