This is my proposed plymouth animation for the upcoming Debian 13 release, some time in the next year or so. The whole suite is built in C (using, pango, cairo, svg) so no graphical tools required - includes wallpapers, grub screen, isolinux, syslinux (lss16) plus more to come.
