1924 - U.S.S.R- Soviet Union adopts constitution based on the dictatorship of the proletariat and stipulating the public ownership of land and the means of production; Lenin dies and is replaced by Joseph Stalin. In 1922 Kandinsly moved to Germany. In 1933 when Hitler and the Nazis took over the government, he moved to Paris, France and became a French citizen.
