Today we’re going to talk about the closing of Pluspora. I don’t think I have another diaspora pod, and even if I do, I haven’t used it in so long that I have forgotten what it is. Any suggestions or recommendations?
Feb. 22, 2022 is a "ubiquitous palindrome date," according to Dr. Aziz Inan, a University of Portland professor who has been studying palindrome dates for the last decade. It's a palindrome across the globe no matter how the date is written, he said – whether in the format of month-day-year; day-month-year; or year-month-day (2-22-22, 22-2-22).
Ever since my eldest cousin explained what a palindrome wass, and told me “Able was I, ere I saw Elba” and "Madam, in Eden, I’m Adam” I was a palindrome fan. I saw them everywhere, and would write them down. I had a book filled with them by the time I was 10. Of course now I’ll be damned if I can remember very many now. "Murder for a jar of red rum,” and “Amargor pleno con el programa,” are about all I can summon up besides “Step on no pets,” ”Never odd or even,” “Race Car,” “Rotator,” and “Taco Cat.”

It’s 30 days until Spring. The weather here is fine, though they’re xpecting showers in the afternoon and early Wednesday. Hope the weather is good, gets good, or stays good where you are. No more weather weirding, please!
