Sudan’s ruling military gave the Russians approval to build a navy base.

Now, out of the blue,Washington says it's "helping the democratic transition" in Sudan.

This is like a dark comedy of the cold war, where brutal dictators are replaced by even more brutal dictators in order to keep the world order intact.

In the mean time, millions of innocent people forced to live in a misery of war and oppression so the world "super powers" can enjoy their world domination.
