A Japanese organization of atomic bombing survivors wins the 2024 Nobel Peace Prize

The organization is called 日本原水爆被害者団体協議会 (Nihon gensuibaku higaisha dantai kyōgi-kai, Japan Confederation of A-bomb Victims Organizations). 日本被団協 (Nihon Hidankyō) for short. Japanese loves to abbreviate. (原水爆--gensuibaku) means "nuclear weapon.")
