Not really sure where one would get this. It's a modern re-creation of the unreleased Atari 1090XL Expansion System, with working expansion cards, all of which were designed recently (it looks like). Among them are an 80-column video card (but now with an HDMI connector), a CP/M card, a memory expansion board, and a "toolkit" card that speeds up SIO, and provides other tools, like a machine monitor.

The memory expansion is demo'd running the homebrew of Prince of Persia, which came out just a few years ago for the XL/XE.

The 1090XL was under development for the Atari XL series computers in 1983. It, and a complementary set of expansion cards, likely would've come to market in 1984, but Atari collapsed in 1983, and was subsequently sold to Jack Tramiel in 1984. Atari under Tramiel dropped the 1090XL.
