What, on the face of it, seems a small change reflects extensive cultural change across the company, which is actively engaged in digital transformation across its business.
I wonder why more companies don't implement similar solutions, and I don't know why this has taken so long. The tech is there. Maybe there8s an opportunity for a company that supplies bespoke solutions of this kind.
