Round my way they are called ‘Chelsea tractors’ mostly driven by a certain type of woman
who sees them as a status symbol, an essential item for the school run… You do not need
a two and a half ton vehicle designed for rugged terrains to do the school run… I applaud
the French for doing something about SUV’s in inner cities… I wish we would follow suit…
