The #LEGO Robot Inventor #51515 (known as the #Mindstorms v4) is nice, but the Robot Inventor App just does not allow to dig deep enough and use low-level calls and there is no python available.
Fortunately, there is the LEGO Education SPIKE Prime #45678 Set, which is basically the Robot Inventor + one bigger motor + one touch/pressure sensor + nice box suitable for school use for additional 50€.
The SPIKE LEGO Education app allows to use low-level commands and also allows to write code in python.
Only problem is that the #LegoRI and the #LegoSpike uses different firmware, so after switching from RI to SPIKE one must upgrade firmware (HUB OS) of the main brick called HUB which took about minute.
