Le contrôle technique moto "éphémère" de la semaine dernière était décidé par décret. Un décret relève du pouvoir réglementaire du Président de la République ou du 1er Ministre. Il est au dessus des arrêtés et en dessous des lois. Ce qui est à mettre en parallèle avec celui sur les 80 Km/h pris par Edouard Philippe il y a quelques années...
De là à dire que la sécurité routière n'est plus du ressort des parlementaires, il n'y a qu'un pas. Entre le CNSR et les décrets, ce sujet ne serait donc plus en prise direct avec le peuple ?
