WiFi works out of the box for the #Chuwi 15.6! All I needed to do was modify the #Ubuntu ISO with this respin script for Intel Atom processors.

I finally got an Internet connection on the #CHUWI 15.6 through #openSUSE #Tumbleweed with a USB wifi card (TP-LINK TL-WN722N), managed using NetworkManager.
Not ideal, but Chuwi have at least been entertaining my communications with them. Hopefully we can figure out how to get the other components working, especially the internal network card.
Plugged in a USB network adaptor in the #CHUWI 15.6. I can see the networks now in #Ubuntu 17.04. But still can't connect to them. This is getting ridiculous. Going to try #openSUSE #Tumbleweed where I hope the latest kernel will give better results.
