Add this to this Sunday's political talking head line-up today
I'm posting about this first thing this morning because #KQED has dropped carrying #DemocracyNow and there's a snag with this involving #WorldChannel dot org and I learned about that just last night during the regular Saturday broadcast of #Tangents --and there's also references & resources to be had via #TangentsRadio website itself.
The host, #DoreStein , urged going to the World Channel . org website to demand returning Democracy Now to KQED and any other station where it was dropped. Ya, I didn't know it was an actual TV program since I have always gotten the radio version, but yesterday I learned it's actually both...and I had no idea that World Channel had anything to do with its distribution, and that has become a problem.
Tangents is available on demand for a week at the KALW website so do please listen to at least the #GazaCorner portion where this information is mentioned--it's at least an hour into the broadcast, but he plays good music from abroad so you'd do well to listen to that too especially if you're into music history trivia via his #MysteryContest.
