A convoy of some 100 American armored vehicles were moved into #Kartoum yesterday in order to evacuate Americans still living in the city.

Eyewitness reports say that :
- 70 American citizens evacuated from Khartoum via Blackhawk helicopter
- An American spectre gunship was hovering above Khartoum during the whole operation
- The #RSF and #SAF had announced they will both were “assisting” the United States in their evacuation of the American embassy.
- 3 US military Chinooks flew 1600 miles round trip to rescue just under 100 U.S. Embassy personnel from Khartoum. They flew out via #Ethiopia and spent less than 1 hour on the ground. 100 US Special Operations forces involved in “flawless”evacuation, acc to LTG DA Sims
