The #Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society has decided to send humanitarian aid to #Artsakh through the land corridor proposed by #Baku that runs from #Aghdam to #Khankandi (Azeri name for #Stepanakert).

Azerbaijan is thus trying to force the opening of land connections between its territory and that of the self-proclaimed Republic of Artsakh at the cost of deliberately blocking Nagorno's ties with #Armenia.
