According to the advisor to the President of #Artsakh, David Babayan, no agreements regarding security guarantees or amnesty have been reached with #Azerbaijan.
In accordance with the agreements on the cessation of hostilities reached through the mediation of the Russian peacekeeping contingent command and under the supervision of Russian military personnel, the surrender of weapons and ammunition by units of the Army of Defense of Artsakh has begun. In addition, as part of the agreements reached at the meeting in Evlakh, units of the Army of Defense are leaving their positions. As of today, more than 800 units of small arms, grenades, mortars, anti-tank guided missiles, and MANPADS have been handed over, as reported by the Russian peacekeeping contingent.
