Nebo Night Sky
I thought I'd give the NightCap app a go since I paid for it a few weeks ago.
I didn't bring my camera gear to Wales for the weekend as the forecast was for cloudy skies for the duration.
It's not going to win any awards but I managed to capture this skyscape with four asterisms and a galaxy.
Moving clockwise from the top left is Cassiopeia,Pegasus, Triangulum and Perseus.
The fuzzy dot just left of the middle is Andromeda.
You can click to expand the image, and I can overlay it with red lines to show the constellations/asterisms if you'd like.
It was too cold to hang about for too long and clouds stopped play any way.

Perseus mit dem Medusenhaupt
Kopie der Skulptur «Perseus mit dem Medusenhaupt» von Benvenuto Cellini im Lantz’schen Park in Lohausen (Düsseldorf).
Die Skulptur zeigt Preseus - Sohn des Zeus und der Danaë - den abgeschlagenen Kopf der Medusa - der häßlichsten der drei Gorgonen - in der linken Hand haltend. Mit der anderen Hand hält er das von Hermes erhaltene Sichelschwert. In Siegerpose steht er mit dem linken Fuß auf dem Leib der Enthaupteten, aus dessen blutende Wunde später das geflügelte Pferd Pegasus und der Riese Chrysaor entspringen.
Die Originalskulptur von Cellini befindet sich in den Arkaden der Loggia dei Lanzi an der Piazza della Signoria in Florenz.
