My sister gifted us all with a can of spam for Christmas ( also some got gallon jugs of Costco 'Olive oil' ).
It sat around for a while taking up space, so I decided to do the thing. Hey' it was 25% less sodium FWIW.
It's going to take a while to chew through, maybe some Musubi.
All balanced by fresh berries and salsa roja.
