The number of COVID-19 app alerts fell significantly in England and Wales in the last week of July, official statistics show.
Nearly 396,000 people were pinged, compared with the previous week's record of 690,129, a fall of 43%

I assume they correct for the number of people deleting the app.

The fall is based on data gathered before changes to the app which mean it will notify fewer contacts.

MPs have urged the Government to fix the “flawed” NHS Covid Pass scheme after an i investigation found people are able to obtain their so-called freedom passes without getting tested for coronavirus.

I'm sick of saying that it's not the NHS app, but the fact that it's exploitable is unforgivable.
