I finally wrote about what I had been thinking about for the last few years and had been planning to formalize my thoughts for a long time:

Fascism is the love of the strong and the hatred of the weak, so typical of the sadistic-masochistic personality.

The family and the fascist regime go hand in hand and the fascist regime in the country grows out of the fascist regime in the family. When a child is subjected to parental violence, physical and psychological, it teaches the little person that who is stronger is right, and most break down, because they are completely dependent on their parents and they have no way out, and begin to believe that violence is a manifestation of love.

When a small person grows up, he transfers the love of the "strong" and hatred of the "weak" to all areas of life and reproduces fascism at the level of the country and society - the desire to be with the "strong" majority, love of hierarchy and authoritarianism, hatred of the "weak" such as minorities and discriminated groups, the struggle of LGBT people for their rights, feminism, "strangers", not like everyone else, and so on.

This grows out of childhood - during the abuse of a child, the feeling of insignificance and weakness, and humiliation by stronger parents reaches peak values and is fixed in neural connections for life.

Sociologists say that 40% of Russians beat their children and 75% of Russians believe that the country needs a "strong and powerful leader". So the problem is not only Putin, he is the flesh of the people, the problem is that fascism is imposed by the authorities and that it reproduces itself from generation to generation at the family level. Just as a democratic society reproduces equality, humanism, and respect. It's like whirlpools spinning in opposite directions. We need to change both the power and the relations between people. How do I switch between them? It is unlikely that hatred and contempt have made anyone happy, but kindness and compassion bring inner happiness and peace.

This:
Humanism, pacifism and non-violence, diversity, pluralism, cosmopolitanism, freedom of speech and expression, human rights, equality, equality, LGBT rights, feminism, veganism, respect for others ' freedom and personal boundaries, honesty, free expression of sexuality, Social democracy, Western and liberal values, openness and trust.

I can't change my life quickly, but I can regularly make an effort to change my thoughts, which change speech, actions, lifestyle, without feeling guilty for mistakes, but with the intention and training to do the right thing next time, based on the realization that we live on the same planet, borders invented to divide us and set us against each other exist only in our minds. We are all equal - we avoid suffering and strive for happiness. Every living being is the greatest jewel, and wealth is in variety. Unconditional and impartial kindness, friendliness, compassion and compassion for everyone, starting with yourself.
