There is a rat humanoid race called ratikins and there is a character in it that is a genius baker. He only speaks in one or two words in a whisper and is coffee-obsessed. He shakes with excitement for coffee and then skuttles back into the kitchen area making pastries for a cafe. Never has a character spoken to me more 🤣 #bookstodon
