#Consider ...

wallstreet dont add, they take.

and they call this wealth extraction "profit", or even "make money".

worse yet!... they destroy 7 times as much as they extract. [ this means we're already 8 times richer ].

and military and weapons industries destroy orders of magnitude more.

we have so much headroom, without the crooks.

how much destroyed from espionage(++)? from banking? from FIRE (Finance, Insurance, Real Estate)? from politicians and regulators bought by these interests? and what crooks more, both bureaucratic and bully?

#

how much more yet from the secrecy industry?

with all these potential multipliers to uncap.

we have so much headroom.

even the richest now, would be richer. no robin-hood strategy required. take the brakes off. de-secret the emancipatory technology. spaceships for everybody.

this gets real easy once we each have more facilities than the richest showboating billionaires today. we can build forest arcologyscapes, dyson rings, habitatats & terraforming on many planets, moons, dwarf planets, many space stations... space expands faster than we can fill it.

no cull necessary.

(ps, zero inertia propulsion, means we can lift mountains as light as a feather, accelerate infinitely (because, remember, ZERO inertia, not just inertia-dampening), and so can also stop just as fast, very safe for avoiding collisions, and more so, can be arranged such that the more one gets on a collision trajectory, the more it pushes against that, in perfect correlation... there's so much safety margin... anyways, point being... we do not need to brute force it, like with rockets (impressive a feat as that is, ~ and fatally limited), space is easy.)

“We already have the means to travel among the stars, but these technologies are locked up in black projects and it would take an act of God to ever get them out to benefit humanity… anything you can imagine we already know how to do.” — Ben Rich, former Head of the Lockheed Skunk Works.

“It is easier for us to pay a private contractor to re-invent something so it will come out at a lower classification level, than to try to declassify it.” – Bennett Hart, then Deputy Director of the National Reconnaissance Organization

PS one more thing to consider... :

“The world is like a ride in an amusement park, and when you choose to go on it you think it's real because that's how powerful our minds are. The ride goes up and down, around and around, it has thrills and chills, and it's very brightly colored, and it's very loud, and it's fun for a while. Many people have been on the ride a long time, and they begin to wonder, "Hey, is this real, or is this just a ride?" And other people have remembered, and they come back to us and say, "Hey, don't worry; don't be afraid, ever, because this is just a ride." And we … kill those people. "Shut him up! I've got a lot invested in this ride, shut him up! Look at my furrows of worry, look at my big bank account, and my family. This has to be real." It's just a ride. But we always kill the good guys who try and tell us that, you ever notice that? And let the demons run amok … But it doesn't matter, because it's just a ride. And we can change it any time we want. It's only a choice. No effort, no work, no job, no savings of money. Just a simple choice, right now, between fear and love. The eyes of fear want you to put bigger locks on your doors, buy guns, close yourself off. The eyes of love instead see all of us as one. Here's what we can do to change the world, right now, to a better ride. Take all that money we spend on weapons and defenses each year and instead spend it feeding and clothing and educating the poor of the world, which it would pay for many times over, not one human being excluded, and we could explore space, together, both inner and outer, forever, in peace.
