Good morning y'all... I greet you with my morning herbal tea blend, which I had put together at the pharmacy:
20g centaury
15g birch leaves
20g dandelion root
20g yarrow
20g Nettle leaves
20g Milk thistle herb
15g Fennel fruit
20g wormwood
Today I drank a huge cup of it at 6am after I had my 2 espressi and obligatory Pall Mall :D
