I'm thinking of going with my own mail server like the old days. Google is now worthless for spam. Might even be an inside job LOL. I get this one every few hours. I don't use Windows, but a very stripped down embedded Linux for my desktops with lots of I/O auditing that doesn't have likely exploits or virus vectors. One of my big New Year's projects. And a new 3D printer arrived today, so I have my hands full.
