Simple but cute - a little black dress. My collection of handmade clothing is growing along with gifts from my love, some items from one of my favourite brands and many thrifted goodies. Aside from the belts these are combinations I would wear every day, but as the festival approaches I am slowly getting in the mood to dress up.

I think this clothing-thing might be something different here on Diaspora. But hey - posting as well as posting my work is new for me also. For many years I have been working on things behind closed doors and only for my self. But now I feel like I want to share my work more and inspire people with the great variety of my projects and interests as well as giving them the courage to try things out for themselves. Phew, that's quite exciting!

So... do you have questions? Would you like me to focus on some special part of the process (like inspiration, patternmaking, sewing, combining)? And no worries, the next project for june will be lino-cuts. I am interested in clothing and styles, but not for following trends and spending money. It's to reflect my inner mood on the outside and feeling comfortable. And having fun. And beeing weird and different and challenge people not to judge me from first sight. But it's not my whole life :D
