NYT: Murder of Russian pilot in Spain bears similarities to earlier Moscow-linked killings

The pilot was shot six times in a parking garage in the city of #Villajoyosa on Feb. 13, according to the NYT. At the crime scene, law enforcement officers found shell casings from 9 mm #Makarov rounds, a weapon widely used in former Soviet countries, the newspaper reported.

Two men waited for Kuzminov in a car under the apartment building for several hours and ran over his body after shooting him, police officials said. They called the killers "clearly professionals," who quickly disappeared. The car was reportedly found burned miles away from the attack site.

For sure, while they actually use green energy for their main fuel, taking the wear and lifetime of batteries for this application in to account makes things a bit more complicated imho..

Heck, 500hrs of flight time per battery isn't _that_ much sadly.

But besides that. Not only does he seemingly loving to fly electric in the first place ... but i really can see how that setup - a flight school - really can work out in these conditions.

And in the long run ... the biggest problem of the still not yet really existing lithium battery recycling industry is the weird point that there aren't enough lithium cells to recycle in the first place.

They just keep on running for years on end. And the only source of recycling material is your freakin phone or tablet battery you replaced after .. what ... 5 years of usage finally? ;)

(The last one i replaced was built in 2014..... frickin' 9 years ;))

#Flug erstmal verspätet, da es einen #Sturm in #Amsterdam gibt, was ein Zwischenstop wäre. Der #Pilot hat am Gate gesagt er habe keine Informationen und er würde in 1h nochmal informieren. Sagte aber #AMS hat aktuell eine Kapazität die etwa um Faktor 10 geringer ist als normal. Gegen Nachmittag soll der Sturm aber durch sein. Also mal schauen wie lange das geht und wann ich im #Norwegen ankomme. #Flug
