And now for something completely different: This is Princess Princess, basically a bunch of grandmothers who were "idols" during their youth in the 80s/90s (Make no mistake, this band is basically as old as the Pet Shop Boys or Depeche Mode, but absolutely don't look like it.), split some time after 2000 and then got probably tired of all the things expected of grandmothers in Japan and thought "Why not?" and re-united. I think they're not doing concert tours anymore, but they do show up at festivals. That video is from their 40th anniversary tour. For comparison, here they are in their deep idol era with their second-most popular song.
There had been a video on Youtube that is sadly gone now, of their last (?) concert, where they had dressed up a bit again, but took a break before the last two or three songs (with "Diamonds" being the last song of course) and then came back totally casually dressed, just like any person on the street - and rocked the audience.
