If this system is not stopped, it will kill billions due to aluminum and barium poisoning. It will kill billions due to crop failures and world-wide famine. It will cause heart attacks, strokes, and cancers. It will cause stillbirths, miscarriages, and infertility. The chemtrail sprays often have fungi, bacteria, viruses, desiccated red blood cells, crystalline substances, carbon, metal cations, lithium, other chemicals, heavy metals, and God knows what - probably smart dust, or nanocrap. Years of biowarfare testing on the American public is no big secret anymore. Spraying germs in the sky where they mutate due to the ultra-violet light -- brilliant plan, my man. Dr. Walker when questioned about HAARP states "The Airforce has gotten great value out of HAARP in the past, we took it over from the Navy and managed it. We have done a number of experiment campaigns up there and have finished our work that we were interested in doing up there. We are looking at other ways now of managing the ionosphere which is what HAARP was designed to do, was to inject energy into the ionosphere to be able to control it. That work has been completed".

Polar stratospheric ice clouds (naked clouds) form at temperatures below the ice sublimation point, usually around −85 °C, a temperature lower than the average temperature of the lower stratosphere.'
For the third day in a row, #Arctic #sky watchers are reporting a widespread outbreak of #polar #stratospheric #clouds. "The colors are spectacular," says Ramune Sapailaite, who photographed the display over Gran, #Norway:
"The clouds were visible in the sky all day, but the #colors really exploded just before #sunset," says Sapailaite. "I took these pictures using my cellphone."
Widely considered to be the most beautiful clouds on Earth, polar stratospheric clouds (PSCs) are rare. Earth's stratosphere is very dry and, normally, it has no clouds at all. PSCs form when the temperature in the Arctic stratosphere drops to a staggeringly-low -85 C. Then, and only then, can widely-spaced water molecules begin to coalesce into tiny ice crystals. High-altitude sunlight shining through the crystals creates intense iridescent colors that rival auroras.
During a typical Arctic winter, PSCs appear no more than a handful of times, and the first sightings usually come in January. This week's apparition marks an early start, and may herald many more PSCs to come.

"We have been seeing these clouds for a couple of days," reports Óskarsdóttir. "In this picture, Mt. Jökultindur is silhouetted by a sky-full of nacreous color."

Under the guise that the Earth has a man-made global warming problem that can be solved in-part by spraying aerosol aluminum and other particles into the sky to block the sun.
